Four ways Professional Certification can benefit you as a customer

When looking for a partner, there are many variables to consider. Some, such as cost and timescales, are often the most obvious factors when embarking on a project.

However, have you considered looking deeper into the expertise of the team conducting the project?  In a competitive market, it’s crucial to ensure you have confidence in the people conducting your project. This is where Google Certifications come in.

The best way to prove aptitude is through certification. Google offer three levels of courses (Foundational, Associate, Professional) that partner employees can undertake to expand their skills. Here at Netpremacy, we actively encourage and support our staff through their studies not only for their personal growth but also to offer the best service possible to our customers.

So what is a Google certification, and what benefit will it provide you as a customer?

What is a Google Certification?

Google’s Certifications are used to show potential employers and customers you have a deep knowledge of a particular area of Google Workspace or Google Cloud.

Courses are hyperspecific. By focusing on a specialisation, the course is able to provide the participant with a set of specific skills that they will take and use to better their everyday working practices.

Throughout 2023, our team has gained 93 certifications in a broad array of fields, showcasing our team's dedication to their practice and to helping our customers achieve the best possible result, whatever the project.

How does certification benefit you?

Whilst certifications are a great way for us to showcase our team's expertise, more importantly, our certifications offer a number of benefits to you as a customer:

  • Expertise Assurance: Certification allows you to verify the quality of a team. If you are looking to undertake a project, an experienced team is key, but you also want people familiar with the latest changes in systems, legislation and tools. Certification provides the recipient with exactly this. It also shows that the company that you are dealing with are making strides to maintain industry standards.

  • Adhering to Best Practices: Companies that encourage employee certification are more likely to be committed to providing the highest standard of service for you and your business in line with best practices.

  • Consistent Communication: Businesses that invest in their staff’s certifications often see higher retention rates, resulting in a consistent team to provide seamless collaboration on future projects.

  • Staying Ahead Of Trends: Once certified, holders are required to recertify every two years to keep their certified status. This ensures that they have the most up-to-date knowledge in their specialisation, which they can share with you and your end users so you stay in the loop when it comes to advancements.
