How Netpremacy Led Wellington Place to Implement Cloud Technology

Netpremacy have now led operations from our head office in Wellington Place in Leeds City when the Wellington Place complex was still in the early stages of development as one of the UK’s leading urban, city centre commercial, retail and leisure complexes.

Wellington Place is operated by asset management and development company, MEPC, who Netpremacy have developed a close, positive relationship with since working together. MEPC approached Netpremacy to support them with technology solutions for the smooth running of the growing business complex in 2017, which we were delighted to advise and support them with.

Wellington Place’s building and estate managers, CBRE, required a ticketing system for the business estate, enabling all business tenants to log maintenance requests, simply and efficiently. For this solution, we recommended Zendesk, a Cloud-based Customer service software and support ticketing system.

We also provided The Wellington Place estate with various digital signage solutions which display information about activities and events within the area:

• Two outside totems in the community outdoor space, Tower Square, each hosted on Google Chrome.
• Information screens at every reception desk in the estate.
• Information screens in the lifts at 3 Wellington Place.

In addition to digital signage throughout Wellington Place, we also provided Google Hangouts Meet Hardware and Chromebox for meetings and presentations within the property marketing suite.
