A year in review – just some of Netpremacy’s 2019 highlights

We are proud to have worked with many fantastic customers this year. Discover which companies have worked with Netpremacy in 2019, supporting their digital transformations, modernising their business and overhauling internal communications and collaboration processes. Events Galore

In a world of technology and screen time, we believe that face to face events are key to how we demonstrate new technologies and communicate the services that we provide. We have held a number of successful events this year, each with a different focus and specific target audience. We are always very grateful for the people who attend our events, who have an appetite for sharing knowledge and learning about the latest Google technologies and trends. Some of our highlights from the events we hosted or attended are below. 

Create Intelligence from your Data – In March, we hosted an afternoon of discussions, expert speakers and networking, all on the subject of creating intelligence from your data. Joined by speakers from Google Cloud and Just Eat at Google Academy London, the exclusive event provided an atmosphere where clients, partners, and friends gathered to hear impressive examples of Cloud in action.

Leeds Digital Festival – In April this year, during the largest digital festival in the North, Leeds Digital Festival, we were proud to host an afternoon of knowledge, innovation and networking on the topic of modernising and transforming workflows. In attendance were guests from a variety of businesses across the country, all interested in how cloud technology is revolutionising workplaces and how best to implement these changes.

Scale with Netpremacy and Google Cloud – We held a full-day, deep-dive session exploring how Google Cloud helps companies to scale effectively held at the Google HQ in London. We shared insights from our customer success team on email security and much more. We had speakers from Google Cloud discussing how partnerships are key to the growth of Google and how Google’s personalised solutions enable small/medium businesses to thrive. Our clients; Ovo Energy and Your Golf Travel also joined us to share their experiences of scaling their businesses using Google Cloud applications. 

Success in the Cloud – We hosted a remarkable evening at an iconic location, at the top of the Gherkin in London, with some of our key partners and clients joining us for dinner, drinks, and dancing. We took over the top two floors of the Gherkin to hear insights from our customers and their experiences working with Netpremacy and Google Cloud. We were also joined by a special guest speaker, former F1 team boss, and Top Gear presenter, Eddie Jordan.

Google Cloud Next London – Not only did we have one of the most striking and interactive stands amongst Premier Partners attending, but our team also attended several high profile workshops and talks from innovative leaders and customers presenting at the sold-out Google Cloud event. 

Digitech 2019 – We took to the road again, exhibiting at Digitech19 in Manchester. This event was focused on the public sector audiences, and how we can help companies with digital transformation in their sector.

Other projects 

A day with Ahead Partnership & Wellington Place – We joined Ahead Partnership in June to spend a morning getting to know some female students from Leeds. Ahead Partnership helps to inspire students on how to kick start their careers and Netpremacy was more than happy to support such a fantastic organisation. We had three volunteers, each with very different roles at Netpremacy to give students a comprehensive insight into working in different areas of technology. 

Women of Silicon Roundabout, London – At Netpremacy, we’re committed to enabling the continual learning and development of our team. In June, our team attended the annual Women of Silicon Roundabout event to network with fellow women in tech and gain insight into emerging technology trends such as Machine Learning, AI and much more. 

Achievements 

This year was the second year that Netpremacy took part in Leeds Digital Festival, however this year we were submitted for two awards, and won “Growth Company of the Year”. A great achievement for the company considering the growth we have undergone and continue to progress with. 

Netpremacy achieved the Work Transformation – Enterprise Partner Specialisation accreditation in the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program. By earning the Partner Specialisation, Netpremacy has proven its expertise and success in building customer solutions in the work transformation enterprise field using Google Cloud Platform technology.

Recruitment 

Netpremacy is happy to have welcomed many new team members to our ever-growing and evolving company. We have expanded greatly this year and will continue to expand further in 2020 as the business continues to evolve.
