Introducing Fraja Hodges – Head of Product at Netpremacy

We are incredibly excited to announce our new Head of Product, Fraja Hodges. Fraja has been at Netpremacy for over six years, has experience in different departments, including Change Management and Customer Success, and is decorated with Google Cloud certifications like Cloud Digital Leader, Google Workspace Administrator, and ChromeOS Administrator, to name a few.

She is the perfect fit for this new role, understanding Google technology and how our customers can get the most out of our solutions – she really knows her stuff! Here’s a little more about her.

Tell us a bit about yourself and your experience at Netpremacy so far.

I actually studied Modern Languages at university and would never have guessed my career was destined for tech. I joined Netpremacy in 2016, completely new to the working world, and still find myself here today enjoying it as much as I did back then, if not more. My journey started in the training and change management space working primarily with businesses ‘going Google’. But since then, I have worn several different hats, moving through roles and departments until I found my calling: Product.

What are you looking to bring to the role?

This is a brand new department in Netpremacy, and so I think there will be a lot to learn on the way. But I hope to bring my knowledge of the company, paired with the success of Product in the Customer Services team, to build a function that demonstrates its value daily through great management, collaboration, and innovation.

What are you most looking forward to about the role?

Working with all teams in Netpremacy! Being able to work with different personas and skill sets across Google Workspace, GCP and more will mean no day is ever the same. I’m excited to really get stuck in and show the value the Product function can bring. I’m also looking forward to growing the team and bringing on new people with fresh ideas, different perspectives, and unique experiences to help shape and distinguish the team.

What can people expect working with you/Netpremacy?

Working in Netpremacy, you can always expect a good laugh and a fun/social environment, as well as a company that actively supports and encourages personal development. As for me, I’m brutally honest and a bit of a perfectionist, and I take immense pride in being not only a Product Manager but also a woman in tech, striving to elevate individuals and celebrate achievements.

When you’re not at work, what are your hobbies?

I’m always planning the next holiday, and sometimes it’s not even my own! I love finding out everything about a place before I go; where it is good to stay, what are the traditional dishes, what’s it known for, how best to see it, etc.

Finally, what’s your favourite thing about working at Netpremacy?

I love the people and the culture. We have an awesome team with a can-do attitude that’s always happy to muck in and help out.
