Who are we?
Netpremacy has been a Google Cloud Premier Partner for over a decade. During this time, we have continuously redefined our methodologies to ensure that we are able to build long term strategic partnerships with our customers by understanding their business objectives and aligning our Services and Technology offerings to this.

The results speak for themselves – the typical lifecycle of our customers’ relationships are over 10 -15 years and we have the highest retention rate of Google customers in the UK channel and continue to grow our community.

How do we help?
Unlocking G Suite — Our G Suite experts can assist with Deployment, Data Migration and ongoing Support. We currently support over 3,000 customers across 30 countries. As G Suite evolves with new releases and features, so does our potential to create, manage and deliver solutions that work specifically towards our customers business objectives. We are well versed in ensuring our customers have a smooth experience with G Suite and taking advantage of all the collaboration tools efficiently, promoting flexible and mobile working all within a secure and compliant environment.
A tried and tested Change Management Process –We recognise the extent of a cultural shift within an organisation when transitioning to G Suite. With this front of mind, our Change Management team works closely with our customers to ensure that major change is delivered seamlessly and that the expected benefits are achieved through effective Project Management and Training Workshops, with supporting e-learning material.
We follow a clearly defined process to address change, this captures the 4 E’s; Excite, Enable, Expand, and Embed. In summary, we ensure the right team is in place and monitor the success of change to our customers’ organisations. A key element in this process is understanding the business culture through established relationships with key stakeholders.
Using our Certified Experts — Our teams of Certified Google Cloud Consultants, Enterprise Collaboration Experts, and Data Engineers have a deep understanding of all the G Suite and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) product sets. Our Experts can help optimise or develop solutions to establish a technology that is agile, efficient, and innovative.
For customers who are new to GCP, we can help with understanding the fundamentals of GCP and best practices around environment configuration. This will ensure that our customers can innovate with the latest cloud technologies, knowing that their GCP environment is securely and efficiently configured.
To ensure GCP projects are cost effective we help to optimise our customers’ projects and set up a consumption dashboard that provides alerts and analysis on each project. The transparency we offer helps customers with forecasting and consistent billing.
Ongoing Customer Success Services – At the onboarding stage our Strategy Planning Workshops are designed to understand our customer’s unique requirements and the vision for their G Suite / GCP journey. This allows our CSS team to understand elements such as; milestones involved, key project stakeholders, deadlines etc, all these resources contribute to building out various initiatives and activities for the customer roadmap. The primary aim is to collaboratively accelerate the work transformation journey and add value to our customers’ investment.
One element of the CSS programme includes the management of Google releases, our long standing relationships with our customers means we are ideally placed to quickly identify which new features and updates are relevant to their environment and will support their business plans.
