Job Specification

The role

The Marketing team is the voice of Netpremacy, capturing the spirit of the company and our customers and making sure we reach the right people at the right time. We work with teams all over the company, particularly with the Sales and Delivery teams, to understand our customers and introduce new ones to the work we do.

As a team with a recently appointed Head of Marketing, you’ll be able to shape and impact the team as we grow, delivering exciting new campaigns with the likes of Google, Forrester and the IDC. A typical day might include working with a technical colleague to write a blog, figuring out a new way to target customers, or designing a presentation to showcase our work to Google – so if you like variety, you’ll fit right in!


Campaign delivery: using tactics such as web (PPC and SEO), social media, advertising, PR, Events, and content

Progress reporting: creating and updating reports and insights to demonstrate the performance of tactics and campaigns, including engagement and ROI

Content creation: including posts for social media, blogs, web copy, emails, whitepapers, case studies etc.

Basic design: creating leaflets, social media imagery etc.

Market research and competitor analysis: helping the team identify the strengths and weaknesses of competitor offerings, gathering customer insight etc.

Desirable Skills

Skills required:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Can-do attitude, willing to learn and develop new skills
  • A basic understanding of the full marketing mix: advertising, content, events, webinars etc. 
  • 2 years+ experience delivering marketing campaigns across a range of channels.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience of working in technology
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Understanding of SEO/writing for keyword optimisation
  • Advertising/PPC/etc.
  • Basic website management skills (we use WordPress)
  • Graphic design experience (Adobe Illustrator, Canva).

Hours: Full time.
