Job Specification

The role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Account Manager for our Google Cloud Unit. Account Managers play a key role in managing our existing Enterprise accounts and growing their revenue by upselling and cross-selling.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships and strategies within our existing accounts and maintaining relationships with C-Level stakeholders. You will also be responsible for engaging with the relevant Google Cloud sales teams on new Accounts and ensuring our existing customers are supported in the best possible way.

  • Ensure your customers are happy at all times and continue to partner with Netpremacy
  • Plan and execute face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers in enterprise organisations
  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide quarterly business projections on a weekly basis
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting enterprise customers and selling into these organisations
  • Strong track record in client SaaS/cloud software adoption
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but within a team environment
  • A passion for technology
  • Ability to work across the Netpremacy functions to deliver results for enterprise organisations

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong sales, account management and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with proven leadership ability
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong proposal writing skills
  • Used to working independently in a ‘one to one’ or group situation with people at all levels of seniority and responsibility
  • Ability to credibly present to audiences of senior decision-makers
  • Used to profit accountability and have the ability to build upon current success
  • A consultative sales focus – selling with a long term view
  • Strong organization skills and planning ability
  • 2+ years direct sales experience preferably within the area of IT consulting or cloud computing
