Job Specification

The role

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, driven and with a keen passion for technology to come and join our organisation as a Project Manager, who will be a key role on our team.

You’ll be working alongside our delivery team to develop and deploy solutions for our customers.

You should have a background in business skills, management, planning, budgeting, analysis and problem-solving.

The successful project managers will be skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee working with internal stakeholders and our customers for a successful outcome.



  • Working with colleagues and customers to coordinate the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Managing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring any changes in scope are documented and approved as agreed as part of the change request procedure
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Work with colleagues to develop a project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • RAID Management
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Desirable Skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience of working in an Agile Delivery / Software Development environment is beneficial
  • Experience working with cloud technologies

Preferred qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the following areas:

    • Proven working experience as a project manager, ideally in the information technology sector
    • Will excel in customer-facing environments
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional organisational skills including attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
    • Strong time management skills
    • The ability to adapt to new technologies first-hand experience of G Suite and other Google technologies preferred
    • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
    • An understanding of the SDLC
    • Stakeholder management
