Job Specification

The Role

The Netpremacy Pre-sales primary function is to support the sales team to progress and close deals by providing technical guidance, industry & product knowledge to ensure the solutions being offered meet the prospect or customer’s needs. Pre sales is not a commercial role however the role will have input into the days / activities required to complete tasks and will report into the Sales Director.

Day to day activities

Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business. Attending meetings with the sales team and acting as a technical expert or change consultant. You will assist the sales team in qualifying process and put together business cases & SOW’s for the sales teams to support their proposals. You will be working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions. Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements. You will reply to customers following requests for information and proposal requests. You will be presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team, and will liaise with the project team to confirm resource availability.

  • Ability to present to large audiences
  • “Generalist” IT Consultant
  • Convert detailed technical terms into layman’s terms
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management
  • Commercially aware
  • Experience with Cloud technologies
  • An eye for detail and excellent documentation skills.
