Job Specification

We are currently seeking a versatile Support Engineer with some experience in a technical support.  You should have an interest in technology, the ability to troubleshoot is essential and have a good understanding of customer service.

  • Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
  • Build and develop strong customer relationships
  • Troubleshoot and resolve support queries
  • Ensure that all SLA’s are met
  • Provide support and assistance to all Netpremacy staff

Desired Skills

  • Working knowledge of Gsuite Apps and Admin console
