Job Specification

We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator/Administrator to support key staff members and departments along with general office duties and maintenance.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for those visiting the Office – you will be the first person guests interact with.
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and services.
  • Completing administrative tasks on behalf of key departments; Sales, Accounts, Support, Marketing.
  • Working closely with our Sales team on all ordering and liaising with suppliers.
  • Handling general enquiries
  • Represent the company and act as the point of contact between the estate/building managers and ourselves.
  • Monitoring recruitment, uploading job descriptions, liaising with potential new employees and arranging interviews.
  • Collect and store confidential employee and company details.

This list is not exhaustive of tasks and responsibilities required; the successful candidate will be required to work within the needs of the business.

Desirable Skills

  • Is extremely organised as you will often have to react to requests from all over the organisation and prioritise these accordingly.
  • Has a positive demeanor, you will be the first person anyone entering the office will interact with whether this is a supplier or client.
  • Is accessible and approachable for the team to feel comfortable coming to you and trusting you with the task at hand.
  • Is flexible as you could be approached with anything at any time, you will need to have the ability to adapt and improvise to get the job done.
  • A good communicator as you will have to interact with individuals at every level of the business.
