We are currently seeking a friendly and approachable Training Coordinator to be based in our Leeds office. This role includes travel as and when needed, and is a customer and end user facing role. You would be part of our Projects team and assist in deployments and training of multiple products.
Ideally you will have experience in training however, this is not essential as the successful applicant will be fully upskilled to meet our high standards and regular evaluations will be conducted internally.
You should have an interest in the cloud technologies we work with and support. You will be working within our experienced training and change team, so experience with Google Workspace applications is advantageous. Confidence in public speaking and presentation skills are a must as you will be providing classroom, 1-2-1 and remote training sessions for a variety of customers.
Our team manages customers of all sizes and cultures through business change projects, so the need to be adaptable is required. As a customer facing member of the company you should presentable and professional at all times.
The role has great exposure to all the products we offer, and you will be an integral part of the projects team, so the right candidate with the right attitude has excellent opportunities for progression.
