Improving Wellington Place Customer Experience with Cloud Technology

About Wellington Place

Wellington Place is a collection of award-winning, state-of-the-art, mixed-use buildings spanning office, leisure and retail spaces in Leeds city centre, where Netpremacy’s head office is based. Wellington Place is operated by asset management and development company, MEPC.


The Challenge

MEPC approached Netpremacy to support them with technology solutions for the smooth running of the growing business complex in 2017.
Wellington Place’s building and estate managers, CBRE, required a ticketing system for the business estate to enable business tenants to log maintenance requests simply and efficiently. Netpremacy recommended Zendesk, a Cloud-based Customer service software and support ticketing system.


The Solution

Netpremacy also provided The Wellington Place estate with various digital signage solutions which display information about activities and events within the area, including:

Google Hangouts Meet Hardware and Chromeboxes were also provided for meetings and presentations within the property marketing suite.
