The Role

We are seeking a friendly and approachable trainer based in our Leeds office. This role includes travel as and when needed and is a customer and end-user-facing role. You would be part of our SaaS delivery team, assisting in deployments and training of multiple products.

You will work within our experienced training and change team, supporting businesses deploying Google Workspace. Confidence in public speaking and presentation skills is a must, as you will provide classroom, 1-2-1 and remote training sessions for various customers.

Your role will also include working in our SaaS Delivery team to support change management activities within a project in building comms and supporting end users during their transition to Google Workspace. You will be expected to support Change Managers within the team, which will allow you to grow your knowledge and skills in this area.

There will be exposure to a wide variety of technologies, with a rapidly growing feature set that you will be expected to understand at an end-user level.

  • • Understanding and updating training structures

    • Performing live training sessions on SaaS technologies

    • Both writing and video recording end-user guides

    • Supporting Change Managers on customer deployments

    • Advancing your knowledge of Change Management methodologies

    • Providing direct end-user support in the form of floor walking and video calls

    • Promoting and leveraging Google Workspace to replace old business processes

    • Being at the forefront of technology, presenting ideas and solutions internally

    • Upskilling internal staff members by performing onboard training sessions

    • Publishing articles and blogs to promote our brand

  • Requirements:

    ✅ Computer literate and confident in learning new technologies

    ✅ Self-reliant with strong capability to learn and adapt to constant change

    ✅ Experienced using communication and editor tools

    ✅ Have experience as a trainer or teacher

    ✅ Comfortable with engaging in conversation and working within teams

    ✅ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    ✅ Hold a full UK driving licence

    Desirable experience:

    ◦ Experience training in software / SaaS-based solutions

    ◦ Have a genuine passion for learning new technologies

    ◦ Previous experience using Google Workspace (Gmail & Drive)

    ◦ B2B classroom teaching experience

    ◦ Experience delivering remote training
