With over 60.000 companies using NetPilot, it  has been confirmed as Europe's leading multi-functional server appliance in new research from two technology analysts including Gartner Dataquest.

A Gartner study into EMEA business server appliance shipments shows NetPilot in first place with 27.3% of the total, with French manufacturer Right Vision and Sun Microsystems' Cobalt unit in second and third places respectively.

The other analyst study examined multi-functional server appliance sales in Western Europe and again NetPilot came out ahead of the field, with 31% of all units shipped. It also concludes that multi-functional, 'all-in-one' server appliances, are very much a European phenomenon, with a number of European companies leading the way.

These findings demonstrate European technology has grown to compete with the best the US has to offer. America doesn't have a monopoly on great technology.
