Improving Wellington Places customer experience with cloud technology

About Wellington Place…

Wellington Place is a collection of award-winning, state-of-the-art, mixed-use buildings spanning office, leisure and retail spaces in Leeds city centre, where Netpremacy’s head office is based. Wellington Place is operated by asset management and development company MEPC.

  • MEPC approached Netpremacy to support them with technology solutions for the smooth running of the growing business complex in 2017.

Wellington Place’s building and estate managers, CBRE, required a ticketing system for the business estate to enable business tenants to log maintenance requests simply and efficiently. Netpremacy recommended Zendesk, a Cloud-based Customer service software and support ticketing system.

  • Netpremacy also provided The Wellington Place estate with various digital signage solutions that display information about activities and events within the area, including:

    • Two outside totems in the community outdoor space, Tower Square, each hosted on Google Chrome.

    • Information screens at every reception desk in the estate.

    • Information screens in the lifts at 3 Wellington Place.

Google Hangouts Meet Hardware and Chromeboxes were also provided for meetings and presentations within the property marketing suite.

  • Dominique Simcox, Head of Customer Experience, MEPC, commented: “We offer our customers a range of wellbeing and networking activities and also like to keep them up-to-date with news and information on the estate. The screens have been a really effective way of communicating these messages. Netpremacy offered us a great all-encompassing solution for the requirement and continues to work closely with us to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the software. They are always on hand if we need any further support.”

We continue to work closely with MEPC at Wellington Place to champion the amazing space that continues to grow around us and to support MEPC’s clients.
